Kids lunch-Whole wheat w homemade jelly preserves, peas, cantelope & water (just water - not vit, smart, flavored water, gatorade, etc, ;)

kids breakfast: fruit smoothie with frozen fruit, paleogreens, paleopowder, stevia, banana, water and ice. slice of ezekiel bread with organic peanut butter and butter.
